When you visit us for the first time, our team of experts will discuss your dental concerns and offer treatment options tailored to your unique situation. In some cases, we might be able to perform the procedure on the same day as your consultation. However, if your condition is complex, the doctor may need more time to evaluate your medical history and treatment plan. In that case, we may have to schedule another appointment for your treatment.
Please bring the completed forms you downloaded and filled out for your first appointment. If you haven't downloaded the forms, we will provide them when you arrive, and you can complete them in our office. If you were referred by your general dentist, be sure to bring any records they provided. Additionally, bring a list of all medications you are taking, including prescriptions, over-the-counter drugs, supplements, and recreational substances.
At your appointment time, we will review your medical and dental history and conduct a thorough examination to check for any dental issues. This can include evaluating bone loss, loose teeth, receding gums, bite irregularities, oral cancer, jaw joint problems, and any other signs of dental disease. If you are a new patient seeking dental implants, we will provide a complimentary consultation to discuss different treatment options and provide a written plan, including associated costs. If you are schedule for a dental implant consultation, you can fill out your forms online here: Patient Forms for Implant Patients.
